DV Cuisine produced a serie of three dvd’s with Ciril Hitz on Bread Art. Ciril was a member of the US World Baking Cup team that won a prestigious silver medal in the Coupe de la Boulangerie in Paris in 2002. All the filming was done at the Johnson & Wales Culinary School in Rhode Island.
